Top Estate Agency based in Hendon is seeking a Sales/Lettings negotiator with a proven track record in the estate agency business.  As a Sales Negotiator you will be undertaking a variety of tasks on a day to day basis including building and maintaining excellent relationships with both Landlords and Vendors alike. Booking in valuations, attending and arranging viewings of properties, keeping records maintained at all times of property information, inventories, new registrations of tenants information etc.  You must be target driven, have experience and confidence with face to face sales, possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and hold a full UK driving licence.
